Common Questions

Do attendees need to download an app? +

No. Everything runs in the phone browser. Attendees scan a QR code and it opens instantly — no app store, no login required.

How long does each person take? +

About 2–3 minutes end-to-end: 30 seconds in the booth, around 2 minutes for AI avatar generation and printing. The AR scan is instant.

Can you customise the booth for our brand or event theme? +

Yes. The AR overlay, postcard design, and booth branding are all customised to your event — logo, colour scheme, and theme. Share your brief when you enquire and we'll handle the rest.

What does the package include? +

Each package includes 1 LED AI photobooth, a full computer system, and a printer. We bring everything — you just provide the space and two power sockets.

How much space and power does the booth need? +

We need approximately 3m × 3m, which includes the shooting area and printing station. Two standard power sockets are all we need from the venue.

How long does setup and teardown take? +

Setup takes around 30 minutes before your event. Teardown is the same. We handle everything — your team doesn't need to do anything.

How many guests can you serve? +

There's no hard limit. We've served up to 500 guests in a single day. For larger events, WhatsApp us and we can discuss additional units.

How much does it cost? +
